Founded in 1985 in Fortaleza, Emporium Pasto & Pizzas was born from a passion for true Italian cuisine — pastas made every day, sauces crafted from selected ingredients with no chemical additives, only salt, pepper, garlic and onion, and the hospitality that only the Brazilian Northeast can offer.
Today, with 6 locations in Fortaleza, Eusébio and Juazeiro do Norte, we stay true to the original recipe: no chemical additives, nothing reheated. Every dish leaves the kitchen freshly prepared, with the same quality ingredients we have used since day one.
