The Emporium Pasto & Pizzas combines elegance, comfort and modernity with the network's tradition of gastronomic excellence. It operates as an emporium of diverse flavors: café, patisserie, à la carte dining, pasta and pizza rodízio, antipasto table, wine cellar, event space and a full delivery service that even delivers breakfast.
Open every day from 7am, the Emporium is where your day starts and ends with flavor. From breakfast to dinner, every moment is a unique gastronomic experience.

Sourdough Breads
Every bread at the Emporium is made by hand using natural fermentation — a slow process that develops unmatched flavor, texture and aroma. No additives, no shortcuts. Just flour, water, salt and time.

What you'll find
Restaurant
Full à la carte menu with starters, salads, artisan pastas, risottos, fish and seafood, prime cuts of meat and poultry — plus all-you-can-eat pasta and pizza rodízio at both lunch and dinner.
Café
Full breakfast spread with fruits, farm eggs, cold cuts, artisan sourdough breads, regional cakes, tapioca, couscous and croissants. Available on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Bakery
Artisan breads made with natural fermentation — baguettes, ciabattas, French rolls, brioche and rustic loaves. The foundation of all our sandwiches and toasts.
Patisserie
Artisan desserts made fresh daily: 70% chocolate petit gâteau, papaya cream, coconut candy, chocolate pizza, quindim, crème caramel and much more.
Rotisserie
Ready-to-go dishes: artisan pastas with and without seafood, palmito, bacalhau, chicken and sun-dried beef pies — plus fresh soups and broths made daily.
Grocery
Artisan and gourmet products to take home: jams, pâtés, olive oils, dried pastas, cheeses and preserves — the flavors of the Emporium in your own kitchen.
Wine Cellar
Curated selection of domestic and imported wines paired with the house cuisine. Home to themed Harmonized Dinners inspired by Italy, Chile, Portugal and France.
